Abbey has been shortlisted for three Motor Transport Awards

Abbey has announced that it has been shortlisted for several awards at the Motor Transport Awards. Abbey Logistics Group is a leading bulk tanker logistics service provider and one of the UK’s most recognised and respected transport brands.

The renowned Motor Transport Awards are set be held in September and are an occasion for the logistics and transport industry to come together to celebrate achievements over the past year. 

The awards Abbey have been shortlisted for are:

Haulier of the Year

Abbey is shortlisted for the most coveted award of them all and the ultimate mark of excellence in road freight transport. If successful, Abbey would become the first company ever to win the award three times.

The Partnership Award

Abbey’s work with Tarmac in Scotland has been shortlisted for an award due to the way in which both companies’ teams have worked in partnership to deliver excellent service and safety levels and overcome challenges together on the contract.

Team of the Year

This nomination relates to the way in which the Abbey and ADM teams have worked together in London to help improve service levels and collaboration.  

The role logistics and transport play in keeping our economy moving, innovating and raising standards are celebrated and rewarded at the Motor Transport Awards. 

The awards are scheduled for the September 2 and are being held at Grosvenor House, London.
