MOL Chemical Tankers Pte. Ltd. announced that the merger of Fairfield Chemical Carriers Pte. Ltd. into MOLCT successfully took effect on 1 April 2025, following shareholders’ approval.
The merger followed MOLCT’s acquisition of all shares in FCCSP on 1 March 2024, after which FCCSP operated as a wholly owned subsidiary under the Fairfield Chemical Carriers brand. As part of the integration, all assets and contracts of FCCSP were transferred to MOLCT, with MOLCT assuming full responsibility for their fulfilment. The combined operations now continue under the unified brand name, ‘MOL Chemical Tankers.’

Through the consolidation of business platforms, MOLCT aimed to enhance operational efficiency and offer more flexible and enriched services to its stakeholders.
