Global climate innovator Trane Technologies and its industry-leading Thermo King brand, a leader in sustainable transport temperature control solutions, have completed the acquisition of Marshall Thermo King Ltd., trading as Marshall Fleet Solutions. One of the UK’s longest-established and largest Thermo King and Frigoblock dealers, the acquisition became effective on 31 March 2025.

Marshall Fleet Solutions has represented Thermo King in the UK market for over 50 years as part of the privately owned Marshall Group. The company provides a full suite of refrigeration services, including installation, maintenance, and repairs, along with tail lift services and comprehensive fleet management.

Following the acquisition, Marshall Fleet Solutions joins Trane Technologies’ Thermo King business in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, where it will continue to serve the UK market as a company-owned dealer. The transaction includes all Marshall Fleet Solutions employees, as well as its existing operations and depots across the UK.
