Trifleet receives new build 14,500L, T12 tank containers with Halar lining

Announcing the news, Trifleet Leasing said: “This week we received our new build 14,500L, T12 tank containers with Halar lining.”

Halar is a spray coating cured on very high temperatures – which limits the size of the parts which can be coated with it.

It added: “For this reason a sheet lining is chosen applied in sheets and welded inside the tanks (welding done by a special technique using heat guns melting the material).”

The valves are a special design PFA lined version from Fort Vale and the piping of the extended remote-controlled airline is fully lined with PFA and PTFE. The syphon tube is fully lined with PTFE.
