Goodrich supply chain solutions strengthens global presence with strategic acquisition of food grade iso tank fleet from Braid Logistics (UK) Limited

Goodrich is pleased to announce that its Singapore-based entity, Goodrich Supply Chain Solutions Pte Ltd, has finalised the acquisition of the food-grade ISO Tank fleet from Braid Logistics (UK) Limited. Effective from 1 June 2025, this acquisition represents a major milestone in a strategic dialogue that began in late 2024, reaffirming Goodrich’s commitment to providing responsive and high-integrity logistics solutions to a global customer base.

Strategic Expansion and Enhanced Global Reach

The acquisition significantly enhances Goodrich’s Supply Chain Solutions Division, enabling it to serve a more diverse portfolio of customers across key international markets. The addition of Braid Logistics’ specialised food-grade ISO Tank fleet strengthens Goodrich’s operational capabilities in Europe, the United Kingdom, and the United States, building upon its established presence in South East Asia, India, and the Middle East.

Having entered the food-grade ISO Tank segment in 2023, Goodrich draws on over 20 years of experience in ISO Tank operations for chemicals. The company’s fleet comprises various tank types, including T11, T14, T20, T22, and T50. This new acquisition marks a natural progression in Goodrich’s trajectory of purposeful growth, grounded in safety, responsibility, and long-term value creation.

A Legacy of Trust and Collaboration

This acquisition also reflects the strength of a trusted partnership that began in 2004, when Goodrich first undertook operational support for Braid Logistics’ food-grade fleet and flexitanks in India and the Middle East. The two organisations have, over the years, co-created reliable service pathways for their customers, anchored in mutual respect and operational discipline.

Continuity and Care

To ensure a seamless transition, both companies will work in close coordination through the coming months, with full transition expected to be completed by the end of 2025. A formal process has been established between Goodrich and Braid Logistics to ensure continuity of existing contracts and uphold the standards clients have come to trust.
This acquisition aligns with Goodrich’s overall vision to be a global partner of choice in the shipping and logistics industry delivering safe, sustainable, innovative solutions spanning across all geographies to ensure customer satisfaction

Looking Ahead

With this acquisition, Goodrich reinforces its long-term strategy to continue delivering integrated supply chain solutions across food-grade, chemical, and industrial segments, through thoughtful investments and enduring partnerships.
