“The retail industry has undergone a seismic transformation in recent years, with evolving consumer habits, technological advancements and enhanced expectations not only changing the way consumers approach their shopping experience but has incited a permanent paradigm shift across the industry as a whole which has been challenging to adapt to.
“This unprecedented rate of change has in turn also shone a spotlight on the role logistics plays in facilitating the smooth movement of goods for retailers. With significant onus now placed on speed, flexibility, transparency, and sustainability, we have looked to evolve our offering to provide a complete solution that caters to the contemporary requirements of retailers, regardless of where their customers reside across the globe.
Umar continued: “Having partnered with thousands of retailers and ecommerce brands over the decades, we are well placed to assist businesses in navigating the challenges of global logistics and market penetration, as well as optimising their operations and helping them meet the evolving expectations of modern-day consumers, and we are excited to communicate this to visitors on our stand next week at Deliver Europe.”
