Alan spearheaded the launch of KinetiX Inspection Technologies, a cutting-edge solution aimed at revolutionising rail inspection processes. Additionally, he played a crucial role in enhancing Wabtec’s Transportation Management System, providing essential support for short line railroads and operations in Mexico.

Under Alan’s leadership, Wabtec’s digital intelligence business has experienced remarkable growth. In 2023, Alan led the Digital Mine team to achieve record revenue, orders, and profitability, thanks to the introduction of innovative collision avoidance technology.
