Eurotainer holds customer training day in Belgium

Eurotainer’s Rotterdam office organised a training day for their clients in close cooperation with its partner Group Van Loon at their Antwerp Tank & Special Logistics site (ATSL) in Kallo, Belgium and their tank cleaning facility in Antwerp.

The session was held to show the company’s clients a variety of tank containers and small portable tanks and to highlight a number of different modifications which are possible including heating systems, linings, different valve types, gaskets, safety components and location tracking systems. It was also a way to allow those clients who use tank containers and small portable tanks for their business, but may not normally have the opportunity to actually see and touch a tank container on a regular basis, to do so and learn more about these intermodal assets.

The sessions were presented by Eurotainer and Group Van Loon personnel and all were interactive with clients handling the tank parts, viewing the internals of the tanks, learning about the cleaning process and standard tank container operating procedures.
