Guidant acquires Athenium International, expanding measurement and terminal management capabilities

Guidant has announced the acquisition of Athenium International, a respected provider of measurement and terminal management solutions with a strong track record of quality, precision, and customer focus across a broad range of industrial markets.

The acquisition brings together two organisations with deep, complementary expertise in measurement, Terminal Management Systems (TMS), and IT/ERP integration. By adding Athenium International’s proven capabilities to its portfolio, Guidant strengthens its ability to serve customers with an expanded range of accurate, reliable, and scalable solutions while maintaining the consistent quality and service that both organisations’ customers have come to rely on.

Prior to this acquisition, Athenium International served as a proven, long-standing Authorised Technical Reseller (ATR) of Guidant’s FuelFACS™ TMS suite, successfully implementing and supporting terminal management solutions globally for more than eight years. This deep familiarity with Guidant’s technology, standards, and culture of precision made Athenium International a natural choice for this next step in our partnership.

“This acquisition reflects our vision to be the most experienced, trusted measurement and terminal management solutions partner in the industry,” said Dallas Mabry, CEO of Guidant. “Athenium International’s deep technical expertise and commitment to customer success complement Guidant’s strengths, and together we are better positioned to deliver greater value across every market we serve. We look forward to the future, stronger together.”

Athenium International is recognised for its specialised capabilities in measurement, terminal management, consulting services, and digital transformation with a long-standing commitment to precision, traceability, and compliance. The integration of Athenium International’s expertise with Guidant’s proven systems, financial strength, and operational rigor will enable the combined organization to provide broader application coverage and innovative solutions for customers’ evolving needs.

Existing customers of both Guidant and Athenium International will experience no disruption to ongoing work or commitments. Current points of contact remain unchanged, and all services will continue without interruption. Over time, customers will benefit from expanded capabilities, enhanced service resources, and new offerings made possible by the combined organisation.
