Nantong Tank Container Co., Ltd. (NTtank ) was established in 2007, and began its ISO tank container manufacturing business in early 2008. The production capacity of ISO tanks have climbed steadily over the years. The annual capacity for the standard tanks is 5,000 units and the special tanks is 1,000 units. NTtank is making the further development from Feb., 2017, after the new workshops will be finished, the annual capacity for the standard tank would be 8,000 units and the special tanks would be 2,000 units. Products include 20ft ISO tank, single or multi compartment tank, lined tank, reefer tank, electrical/glycol heating tank, food grade tank, AHF tank, swap body tank, gas tank, offshore tank, IBC tank, etc.
Nttank’s scale of production has entered the industry forefront, and it has built good relationships with main customers, which include lessors such as Exsif Worldwide, Seaco SRL, Eurotainer SA, Triton, Trifleet, TWS, etc., and operators like Stolt Tank Container Leasing Limited，Hoyer GmbH，Suttons International Ltd.，Bertschi AG，SINOCHEM and some other operators, logistic companies, food and chemical manufacturing companies around the world.
Over the years, Nttank has streamlined it’s manufacturing system to become one of the most technological advanced and self sufficient manufacturing line in the world . The main welding processing machines, non-destructive examination machines and clean & passivation system are provided by advanced US and EU companies. Most metal molds and most accessories of the tank container are made and assembled by ourselves.
NTtank has passed authentication of ISO9001、ISO14001、CCS、ASME and so on. All its design, quality control and manufacturing management system are in accordance to the relevent international and Chinese domestic standards.
