The company first secured Gold status in 2022 and has now successfully retained the accreditation, highlighting its continued commitment to a customer-centric approach built on reliability, quality assurance, and long-term customer relationships.
Investor in Customers’ accreditation process is based on a comprehensive evaluation of customer and employee feedback, with fewer than one-third of assessed businesses achieving Gold status.
The renewed recognition further reinforces Silvey Fleet’s broader commitment to operational excellence and continuous improvement. Alongside the Gold accreditation, the company also holds ISO 14001 certification and “We Invest in People” Platinum status, reflecting ongoing investment in its workforce, business operations, and customer experience.
