Stolt Tank Containers has once again been awarded the EcoVadis Gold rating, achieving an overall score of 80 percent and placing the company within the top two percent of its industry.

The 2025 result reflects STC’s ongoing commitment to continuous improvement, supported by clearly defined goals, policies, measures and performance metrics across all four EcoVadis assessment pillars: Environment, Labour and Human Rights, Ethics, and Sustainable Procurement.

During the latest assessment period, STC made notable progress in several key areas. The company strengthened its approach to supplier selection and engagement through the introduction of a new Sustainable Procurement Policy, which assesses suppliers based on their sustainability performance. STC also enhanced the measurement and reporting of its environmental footprint across the entire supply chain, improving transparency and accountability.

Commenting on the achievement, STC President Hans Augusteijn said that retaining the EcoVadis Gold rating was a testament to the dedication and collaboration of teams across Stolt Tank Containers and the wider Stolt-Nielsen Group.
