Duratech Systems LLC purchased by TF Warren Group

The TF Warren Group has annouced the recent acquisition of Duratech Systems LLC, located in Redford, Michigan.

Duratech Systems is a specialist applicator of protective linings and coatings including rubber, PVC, fibreglass and spray-on industrial coatings.

Duratech Systems routinely applies rubber and fibreglass linings in over-the-road tanker trailers, pressure vessels and tanks of all shapes and sizes.

With this acquisition, the TF Warren Group has further expanded its portfolio of services and can now provide onsite services in both Canada and the United States. The company will begin processing rubber covered rolls out of the Redford location.
