Verder Group purchases rotary lobe pump product line from Xylem

Verder Group, the Dutch family-owned business specialising in the manufacture and distribution of pumps and laboratory equipment, has announced its purchase of the Jabsco rotary lobe pump product line from Xylem.

This acquisition will allow Verder to further increase penetration in these expanding markets. All Jabsco lobe pumps can now be purchased from the Verder organisation under the name Jabsco by Packo.

All other Jabsco product lines and technologies will be retained by Xylem, which continues to serve multiple industrial sectors. These sectors include: the leisure marine and recreational vehicle markets, motor driven diaphragm, flexible impeller, and sliding vane technologies.

CEO of the Verder Group, Andries Verder, said: “The group is excited to add the Jabsco lobe pumps to the offering of Verder Liquids into the hygienic market.
